People -> Process -> Technology
1) Who are the people involved and affected by what you are doing or about to do.
2) What is the current process and how to the people fit into it.
3) What is the new process and how with the people fit into it.
4) now apply technology to your new process.
Business analysis is more about the relationships you build with stakeholders that the methods and tools at your disposal. BA’s are always in the middle between the business and the technology groups and your ability to manage relationships and build consensus is the greatest skill you will need to develop.
